So there we are, the two of us, now in our early 40s, wives and mothers … but, still in our hearts, as we were in 1989. To mark our 20th anniversary of becoming friends, I’d arranged a surprise afternoon in town.
The Best Friend was thrilled to discover that we were booked for Afternoon Tea in Harvey Nichols and then had tickets to see the West End show of ‘Oliver!‘.
I wonder what’ll we do for our 30th Anniversary?
