I’ve noted all my numbers this month, more out of habit than anything else. I seem to have run out of enthusiasm for making a Project Life style scrapbook page, so I’m simply going to record them here.

- 40 walks with Tilly
- 30 sessions of Pilates
- 13 online Step classes via YouTube
- 25,482 steps walked by me on my busiest day of the month
- 13 occasions where we saw friends and/or family
- 9 days where we had visitors
- 6 traditional 12×12 scrapbook pages created
- 30 days of the 100 Day Project
- 2 pieces of Happy Mail sent
- 2 haircuts
- 2 outings to the pub
- 3 bags of books and clothes donated to the charity shop
Month in Numbers was the brainchild of Julie. You can see my previous Month in Numbers here.
Daily pilates, alternate daily step classes and all that walking, no wonder you are so fit! You certainly had a very busy month.

The exercise is very much part of my daily life now, and I’m the better for it, physically and mentally and emotionally.

I’ve learnt to accept that daily exercise is a benefit for my mental health.

You certainly are fit! Amazing!
I did the Month in Numbers for a year, I loved doing it, but 12 months was a commitment.
I no longer do scrapbooking at all, in fact yesterday I donated all my embellies, letters, excess paper to our local craft charity warehouse. It seemed time to allow someone else to enjoy the hobby. Plus money goes to a cancer support charity so my initial spending wasn’t wasted.

I can’t imagine not scrapbooking, but if I did, then donating to a charity where it could be used is the best solution.
