Listening to a podcast has become second nature when it is just Tilly and me out on a walk through the parks of West London.

Here’s a few podcasts I’ve been listening to lately.
- 1 Sealed Letter | Spotify | Even if you’re not a snail mail user yourself, this gentle podcast is a deep dive into this almost-lost art form. You’ll find yourself thinking: I had no idea there was so much to it. My favorite episode is the one about the history of the Dear John letter
- Modern Love | Spotify | Stories and conversations about love in all its glorious permutations
- I’m Not A Monster | BBC Sounds | An investigation into the divisive story of Shamima Begum
- Bible John: Creation of a Serial Killer | BBC Sounds | Journalist Audrey Gillan explores the lives of the three women killed in the Bible John murders. But her investigation also uncovers shocking new revelations about the case
- Love Bombed | BBC Sounds | The incredible double life of a serial cheater and how his true identity was revealed
Thanks for the recommendations. I’ve been following (loosely) the case of Shamima Begum.

I have to say that she doesn’t come across well or even likeable.
