I’m continuing with the theme begun back in 2020 – an album title page and one layout per month. The title page still needs to be created, but the page for January is ready to go into the album.

There was a lot to chose from, but I settled on The Boy beginning work experience. The design inspiration came from the Instagram feed of Paige Taylor Evans. The letters were cut on my trusty Cricut machine (the Mark 1 original) and are two and a half inches tall.
Because there isn’t much colour in the photo itself, I decided to use up offcuts of paper I have been hoarding. And thereby proving that a “boy page” can easily be home to pretty patterns and flowers.
Did you notice that I still can not draw a straight line?
An artistic straight line makes it more of an original 😉 Can’t think of a better choice of photo for this page!

A perfect page, for a perfect record of a life experience to begin the new year. I cannot draw a straight line with a ruler! 🙂
