New York City, Scrapbook On The Road, Scrapbooking, Traveler's Notebook

There are still quite a few weeks to wait before my solo adventure in New York City, but that hasn’t stopped me from beginning to put my Traveler’s Notebook together. 🙂

All the journaling/filler cards are from In a Creative Bubble, patterned paper from Doodlebug Design and embellishments are from my stash.

I trimmed pages to add visual interest and I added a couple of envelope pockets. I lined these envelopes and added a small doily to the flap and a frilled paperclip.

The old Metro card was also in my stash of travel embellishments – I think it expired in 2015. The filler card on the RHS is on a flap, so that I can added a photo to the back of it without taking up journaling space.

I’m excited to start filling it up!

  4. Funny–I’m in NYC right now! So much to do and see. Be sure to add The Edge to your list. Food–so many great places: Carmines, Marseille, Shake Shack–and Carlos Bakery for sweet treats. Can’t wait to hear all about what you do and discover!
