Belgravia’s Halloween Trail in Photos
Several streets in London's Belgravia were decorated beautifully for Halloween recently - Motcomb Street, Elizabeth Street and Ebury Street. I admired the artistry involved, but I did wonder about the cost of production and what happened to the displays once they had been removed.
