On a sunny day in late July, The Boy went flying with Aerobility at Blackbushe Airport. Aerobility is a UK based, registered charity. Founded in 1993, its mission is to change lives by providing access to anyone with any disability to the magic and wonder of flight.

A user lead organisation, Aerobility is run largely by disabled aviators, for disabled people. Through various fundraising initiatives and careful management strategies they allow disabled people to fly for a fraction of the commercial rate.

The Boy loved, loved, loved it. Whether he will ever be capable of learning to fly an aircraft remains to be seen, but he is booked for another session later this month.
We were able to wait for him in the fab Pathfinder café, where we kept ourselves occupied with mugs of tea and delicious breakfast rolls.

What a fabulous experience for your young man. Glad to hear how much he loved it.
