It was a week of hot, hot, hot weather in London, with the promise of more to come.

- The carpenter came to begin installation of the new bookcase
- The Brainy One and I viewed the finished redevelopment in our neighbourhood, which we didn’t like very much. It can be yours if you have £2.5 million
- I went to the salon to have my eyebrows done
- I spent an hour planning for the Summer holidays
- My guys went to a WW2 Veterans & Military Vehicles event
- The friend-who-is-like-my-brother called in at short notice and stayed the night
- The Boy and I went to see The Railway Children Return
The forecast is certainly showing temperatures we haven’t seen before!
I think I will save my £2.5m if you don’t think that the property is worth it ;-). So much money – and yet someone will buy it that’s for sure. I wonder who your new ‘neighbours’ will be?

It is a lot of money and I would rather have a sale than a let … we will have to wait and see.

Fingers crossed for respectful new neighbours. I think that Mother Nature is definitely in throes of telling us she’s had enough of us & our shenanigans, heat waves, floods, droughts!

I think it will be a while before any neighbours move in. There is still a fair bit to finish.
London is currently at 35C!
