For the Love of Books | Currently Reading March 2022

Reading seemed to be low down on my To Do list throughout March. 😦

One Night On The Island by Josie Silver | Paperback: I mentioned this last month but as I didn’t finish it until earlier this month, I’m mentioning it again.

Finlay Donovan is Killing It by Elle Cosimano | Paperback: Murder mystery + some romance + a case of mistaken identity. That combination sounds as though it shouldn’t work, but somehow it does.

Before We Grow Old by Clare Swatman | Kindle | Recommended by Deb: I found this to be wholly unsatisfactory, as I felt that the author didn’t really know where her story was going. It’s an easy read, but one that is also easily forgettable.

I’ve enjoyed every other title that’s been recommended by Deb, but not this one.

  1. It’s always interesting to see other people’s recommendations. Sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the Clare Swatman book! I’ve had a mixed bag of books this month which I’ll share later this week. All I will say at the moment is that I don’t recommend the one I’ve just finished, I didn’t like any of the characters!
