Day 21: was the day The Boy received his second dose. I used a 3×8 card for the journaling.
Day 22: was the day I did the last of the food shopping and the last of the gift wrapping. The photos and journaling card were cut in half diagonally to add visual interest. I then added a thin strip of washi tape along the diagonal seam. I included a draft of my shopping list.
Day 23: was when The Boy and I watched White Christmas and I determined to finish the jigsaw begun on Boxing Day 2020 (it had been rolled up, put to one side and forgotten about. I finished it on Christmas Eve). This was paired with a 4×8 filler card.
Day 24: was about our newish tradition of eating our Christmas Dinner whilst wearing our new matching pyjamas. I added a flip page to allow for journaling and an extra photo. I also added a cute Christmas card made by one of our great nephews. 🙂
Day 25: was about a quiet day at home. Lots of presents, a walk with Tilly and a new jigsaw. The final entry is a Christmas card that had made me laugh.

We began having our Christmas Dinner on Christmas Eve the year Mum died and it worked for us. A new tradition.

Lots of warm and glowing photos here! I do like your triangles finished with washi tape – such a great idea for additional visual interest. Well done on the jigsaw. Did you start a new one this year? My DD is a great one for adding ‘traditions’ to occasions – if we’ve done something once and she’s enjoyed it, it’s a ‘tradition’ :).

Those triangles were a fluke … the photos were boring as 4×6.
I did receive a jigsaw for Christmas and hopefully it won’t take anywhere near as long to complete!

Another fabulous December Daily done. Like Alexa, I like the photos cut on the angle to add interest. I think I have a few DD photos that would benefit from that cut (col).
