December Daily is off and running. I’m using a 6×8 album and journaling/filler cards from In a Creative Bubble. 🙂
Day 1 was about the Christmas gift to myself – a mammogram. I paired this with a seasonal postcard I received from a stationers and the Christmas posting information leaflet from the Post Office.
Day 2 was all about cranberry sauce making (Nigella’s recipe for the win). I filled the spare pocket with a wooden tag and festive confetti, which I then stitched closed.
Day 3 was when I posted the overseas Christmas cards.
Day 4 was when we hosted our drinks party. Price of admission: a negative lateral flow test. :). I used a 3×8 filler card and a copy of the invitation to bulk things out. As is my wont, I always forget to take photos. I did, however, manage to photograph the wine friends bought and one of the cupcakes my god-daughter made
Day 5 was about a spot of me-time. 🙂

Your album is already looking very festive – I always enjoy the variety of things you include. Lovely cup … Does it have to sit in a cupboard the rest of the year?

My festive mugs are new this year but yes, they’ll go onto a cupboard shelf come January.

A very festive start to your month & your album! I’m not doing a December Daily this year, but it’s been a great month so far …. most notably a five day visit from my niece and 10-month-old great-niece!
