Having shown you traditional 12×12 pages featuring Singapore and Australia in our revamped honeymoon album, here’s a quick look at some of the Project Life-style divided pocket pages.
All journaling and filler cards are from In a Creative Bubble and a few embellishments still need to be added here and there.
I stuck the beermat taken from the Raffles Hotel in Singapore on to a small glassine bag (which holds a recipe card for reproducing the delicious Singapore Sling). I’ve also added travelers notebook-size journaling cards for added interest/variety.
There’s also a title page for each country we visited.
This is such a lovely way to document a holiday of a lifetime, with plenty of room for all those little souvenirs that you pick up in places as you go. Have you tried to make an authentic Singapore Sling from that recipe?

You know, I’ve never tried to replicate a Singapore Sling at home, but maybe I should …

Such a fun project. I see that cheerful yellow is in the RTW travels. 🙂 Did your Singapore Sling recipe get used for this year’s anniversary celebrations?

No Singapore Sling, we had Champagne (which TBO received on his significant birthday). 🙂

What a great way to ‘update’ your past memories – are you reprinting the photos or using the originals? There must be so many more travel-themed embellishments and journalling cards available now than when you first scrapped …

I’m trying to reuse original photos where possible, but because I have everything backed up on an external hard drive, I can reprint if required. 🙂
