I created a single layout to record July and chose the afternoon when friends came around for coffee and cake. 🙂 I wrote the journaling on tags (which I overlapped and glued together) and then tucked them behind the photo.

For August, I had originally thought I’d scrapbook our Lakeland Weekend, but in the end, there was really only one option – The Boy receiving his first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. 🙂

This design is a scraplift from one seen in the Summer 2021 edition of Scrapbook & Cards Today magazine. It’s by Becki Adams and you an find it on age 72.
Brilliant layouts & both record the highlights of the month. I’m a big fan of hidden journaling tags.

Thanks – I also like hidden tag journaling and wonder why I don’t use that idea more often.

Genius idea to do the journaling on hidden tags. I rarely journal and usually just add a date to my pages. This would be something I could embrace. I don’t like my hand-written descriptions of what happened but if they were hidden I could like them better!!
How did you do the SMILE? It almost looks like embroidery floss. Great pages!

The ‘Smile’ is from an American Crafts foam glitter pack; I think it’s called Sparkle. 🙂
