The 100 Day Project | Day 50

We’re at the project‘s half-way point and several items on my UFO list have been ticked off.

The second journal about my time in the RAF is complete. 🙂 I can barely hold the two volumes in one hand.

I had a lot of fun remembering nights out – especially the one that was later reported in The Sun newspaper. 🙂 CSE Shows were a popular part of being deployed off the beaten track.

And a trip down Memory Lane thinking about TV and films from the mid-80s to the mid-90s.

I wrote a conclusion and set up the last few pages for things that I might have forgotten or were in need of correction.

The Ascension Island album is complete.

The New York City traveler’s notebook from May 2019 is complete – it just needed a few photos and a page of journaling.

The missing pages from assorted albums are now fewer in number.

Are you taking part in the 100 Day Project? How are you getting along?

  1. Such fun traveling down memory lane. I like your chapter “The bits I forgot or need correcting”. I had a flurry of card making over the weekend. My photos went aside in delivery options for 2 weeks longer than expected, but were delivered Saturday, so this week I hope for some scrapping in my 100 Day Projects.

    1. Haha, I added that section right at the end when I realised that by the simple act of looking at a photo, I had completely mis-remembered a story. 🙂

  2. That’s such an amazing project. I am stunned by how much you remember and can write up. It must be such a good feeling to have made such progress on completing things.

  3. I could not remember who mentioned the 100DayProject but it must have been YOU!! I am doing it, too. But probably not exactly as it was meant to be done. I have been working on finishing up several projects. The main one is a mosaic.

Your albums and pages are such labors of love. What precious keepsakes they will be. Love the little bits of bling the stickers add.
