Project Life Revisited | Weeks 45 and 46

Week 45:

West London had a few days of weather that was worth photographing. The US election had me gripped, even though the sitting president soon had me shouting at the TV and incandescent with rage (again). The US election result I was hoping for came four days after the USA went to the polls (and I was still shouting at the TV).

Week 46:

A week of glorious Autumnal weather. Miss Tilly turned two-years-old. 🙂 I placed a cross at our War Memorial on Armistice Day. I walked the dogs with my SiL (meeting one other person outside from another household is still allowed). During a cyber-crop with my best friend, I completed the foundation pages of this year’s December Daily. A double rainbow almost made up for being caught in a heavy rainfall.

  1. Lovely pages! It’s true, you can’t have a rainbow without any rain, so it’s worth putting up with the weather when you get such a gorgeous sky in return.
The US election has certainly kept the whole world engrossed – it’s hard to believe that so long after the actual day of voting has passed, the person who lost refuses to admit defeat. I can’t imagine it happening anywhere else!
How can it possibly be two years since the gorgeous Miss Tilly joined your family? And still as lovely as they day she arrived 🙂

  2. Lots of lovely detail and I like your triptych. Gosh, is it two years already? You’ve fitted lots in here … And yes, the US election has been extraordinary. I am still a little fearful of what might happen next, though. And then we have our own wonderful Brexit to look forward to. (Irony alert).

  3. Ahh, yes, the election! It’ll all work out eventually to a smooth transition to the new regime that will raise our taxes and … well, I typed a bunch of stuff & deleted it. LOL I just remind myself that God can use anyone for His purposes (as we’ve seen in many previous administrations from both sides). Good news is there was not a rash of rioting and looting and unlawfulness as was expected if the other party won …… I’ll leave it there. 🙂
