Week 39:

The week began with a visit to the orthodontist. I dropped off a lot of donations at Oxfam. Autumn had arrived, but I remained sockless. The PM addressed the Nation for a second time and he left me frustrated and annoyed.
Week 40:

I met up with my friends for a socially-distanced chat in the park. The Brainy One and I met up with my SiL to walk our dogs together and then enjoyed bacon rolls and cake (the lunch of champions). I reenacted Crop in the Country over FaceTime with The Best Friend. The weather was atrocious from Friday to Sunday.
I like those journal cards, especially the card for a Rant (or moan) along with the Shop Small. Your PM’s nickname, gave me a chuckle. TBO does look quite content after the breakfast of champions with his posse of fur.

The girl behind In a Creative Bubble is so talented and her latest Covid-inspired collections are perfect. 🙂
The dogs adore TBO and he loves it when they’re both trying at the same time to get on his lap. 🙂

How lovely to see a few social gatherings happened during these two weeks! And a bacon butty to round it off – perfect 🙂
Let’s not spend too much time dwelling on the ‘leadership’ qualities of our PM eh?

I cannot begin to tell you just how much these socially-distanced and/or virtual get-togethers lift my mood. 🙂
Bacon rolls at lunch time for the win!
