Today is the final link-up of this year’s Summer Photography Scavenger Hunt and is hosted by Mary-Lou of Patio Postcards blog. I ticked off everything that I still had as outstanding:
1: A favourite piece of jewelry – a silver bangle from Tiffany, which I bought for myself when I turned 35 years old:

9: Something that starts with the initial of your name (first or last) – roses :

10: Something smaller than a paperclip: the stud ear rings I wear every day (they’re from Pandora … and please excuse the fact that I am in dire need of a manicure).

11: Something you need to throw away – newspapers and magazines waiting to go into the recycling:

15: Something inherited – a covered bowl, which my parents bought back from Tunisia (I think) around 30 years ago:

17: Something naturally round – an easy peel satsuma:

Thanks very much, Mary Lou for a fun Summer Photography Scavenger Hunt! Same time next year?
Great to see your final four! The Tunisian bowl has lovely colours and patterns – must have taken up some room in their luggage.

It’s only about 7″ in diameter, so I imagine they simply wrapped it up in a lot of dirty washing. 🙂

Hasn’t it been a fun challenge? I really look forward to the annual hunt! That pot from Tunisia is lovely, such beautiful colours.

When I brought that pot home, I hadn’t imagined just how much I would like having it here. 🙂

Your bracelet is pretty. I like simple and delicate jewelry too. And, oh my goodness I didn’t even think about fruit as naturally round. Isn’t it funny how we interpret the prompts. And I hope a few of those roses got to come home with you.

I love my bangle! It took me a while to come up with a satsuma for something round, I can tell you. 🙂 Those roses were in the M&S Food Hall and I stopped long enough to grab a photo.
