I’d suggested recently to The Boy Child that he complete another Project Life style summer journal over the school holidays – he’d do the words and I’d provide the scrapbooking element. It would be the fourth year in a row that he had done it. He wasn’t, it has to be said, too keen on the idea …

But then his teacher for next year set holiday homework … keep a summer journal.

That’s what I call a win … I get what I wanted in the first place, with the added bonus of blaming school when he moans about it …

  2. Yeah for on-board teachers (I wonder if she’s a scrapbooker). Of course he’ll ace this project with his own experience plus an onsite coach 🙂
