Weekday Walks | Christmas Windows

The Boy Child and I spent a day recently roaming London’s West End checking out the Christmas windows.  We began at Knightsbridge and ended at Green Park, having covered Sloane Street, Berkeley Square and Bond Street in between.

Here’s a few of our favourites …

Because who doesn’t wear a dress like that to do the Christmas lunch washing up and who doesn’t have a fridge full of leftovers looking like this one …

~ Fortnum and Mason, Piccadilly ~

Who doesn’t love the traditional paired with the whimsical and a working train?

We felt the best windows were those at Fortnum’s and the ones not worth photographing were at Harvey Nichols.

  1. The Fortnum photos get my vote too! I miss going up to London to check out all the window displays, when the children were small it was part of our Christmas routine – including a trip to Hamleys of course – and it really gets you in the Christmas spirit. Whilst our local shops do their best, there really is no comparison!
