As of today, 3rd April, I’m taking part in #100dayproject. It’s a project designed to unleash your creativity, each and every day for 100 consecutive days. Don’t be put off by the length of time the project runs for; the idea is simply to be creative each day. If you’re a scrapbooker, like me, then creating a layout over three or four days counts. You needn’t create 100 different things.Given that I try to scrapbook every single day, I’m attempting to create 100 different journaling cards. By that, I mean I’ll be using blank journaling cards of three sizes – 6×4, 4×4 and 3×4 – and then embellishing them for use in future projects. I think that’s an achievable goal and will also help to use up my large stash of washi tape and stickers.
Let’s see how I get on … 100 days from today is Thursday, 12 July. If you want to see what’s happening within a global creative community, check out #100dayproject on Instagram.
This is going to be a fun project to watch (& from the fringe participate in). I like the card you created for the start of the project. I think I need to pull out from the stash & start making some cards for our summer adventures. Just yesterday I sorted & found all my punches (oh my!) that in itself is a creative outlet.

I’ve seen a few people mentioning this 100 day project – your take on it sounds very ‘do-able’ and will give you lots of ready made journaling cards to quickly put together in lots of layouts in the future – good luck!
