OLW – Nourish & the Traveler’s Notebook

I’m becoming quite attached to my One Little Word Traveler’s Notebook.  (We Brits would ordinarily use two ‘l’s …)  It sits on the side of my desk, nestled up to the keyboard, which means it’s hard to ignore.  And that’s a good thing, because I began 2018 with the desire to record the moments that nourish me.IMG_0966.JPGAnd recording them I am: coffee and cake with friends on two consecutive mornings and the visit to the Orchid Festival at Kew Gardens (because, let’s be honest, we all know that trip was for me).IMG_0964I initially found the smaller size a little overwhelming, probably because I knew that there wouldn’t be a consistent theme running through it (like in this one and in this one).  A search around Instagram threw up some lovely examples, and I suspect that Pinterest would do the same.

  1. Nice reminder for your OLW. That does look like a great cafe to Nourish one’s self in so many ways. Oh those orchids, that yellow & purple! I think I may borrow Nourish for a few days.
