During half-term, we returned to the Design Museum for Ferrari: Under the Skin. The visit was much more successful than the last. The Boy Child thought it was pretty cool, with his interest caught and held by film footage from days of yore, and the books in the gift shop. He made himself so at home that a member of staff bought him a stool to sit on. As I’m not a petrol head, I was pleased to discover that the exhibition could be done in around an hour. It was short enough to be of interest and long enough to cover the basics. Favourite fact? Only 45% of all Ferraris produced are red.
