Hard to believe that we’re welcoming the start of December and all things festive. Let’s see how November looked:
20,540: my highest daily step count of the month. It was the day I walked around exploring Belgravia for two hours. One: poignant act of remembrance. My old RAF beret saw the light of day after more than two decades in a kitbag. No wonder it looks a little careworn. 32: Christmas cards written and ready to be posted. 13: Time for decluttering. Eleven carrier bags of clothes, books and bric-a-brac to the local charity shops and two larger pieces of furniture donated via freecycle. I got cracking on Christmas preparations. Fifty: pieces, in total, of cards, wrapping paper and tags; all on offer. 15: the number of scrapbook pages made by me … clearing the decks in readiness for December Daily. 270: lengths swum by me in the pool at the gym.
