Saturday began early with a visit to Dawnosaurs at the
Natural History Museum in South Kensington.
If only all early mornings began with views like this.
We took our first glimpse at Hope, the newly installed blue whale
in the museum’s Hintze Hall. While impressive, we didn’t feel
as though she had the same impact as Dippy used to.
The boy Child blended in with the background.
And he’s found a way to let us know when he’s reached his full level.
How was your weekend?
What a great idea to open early for those who cannot always cope with crowds and noise – well worth the need for getting up early!
A bit of a mixed bag weekend here, first Fitsteps exercise class after 6 weeks summer break was a bit of a shock to the system and I'm sure it is just coincidence but I woke up the next morning with a streaming cold!

LOL – the blending in photo & the “I'm done” photo.
I agree country peace & open fields is a perfect way to start the day.
Happy peaceful week ahead.

Such great photos … they made me smile! The latter is a nicely silent way to communicate, don't you think? Much better than some alternatives I can remember from our two!
