And so our time in beautiful Denmark is coming to an end.We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our friends.We have been overawed by the beauty of the Danish countryside.We will leave with hearts that are full.Summer 500: 286.*Farvel is Danish for goodbye.
We dragged the four kids out for a walk after supper this evening and to make things a little more exciting, we dreamt up a scavenger hunt list.We had to find: bridge, blackberries, rabbits, deer, owl pellets, stinging nettles and flat stones.Only the deer and owl pellets eluded us.Summer 500: 287.

The Boy Child and I took the Tube to Tower Hill to see the Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Blood, an art installation in the moat of the Tower of London.I feel that any words of mine will be inadequate, so I'm going to let the images tell their own story.Summer 500: 299.
