Eating Out

Living in a global city such as London always provides a great backdrop for contrasts.
Compare last evening with lunchtime today.

 ~ 2* Michelin restaurant ~
~ cafe in the park ~
 ~ dressed up ~
~ dressed down ~
 ~ arty-farty delicious, but miniscule portions ~
~ simple, delicious, get-your-chops-round-that portions ~
What can I say?
The Brainy One and I know how to live.

  1. We don't have the Michelin system down here but in Melbourne the same could be said – we have a wide variety of excellent eateries, fine dining and otherwise.

Actually, Heston Blumenthal is bringing The Fat Duck down here for six months while refurbishing the home base … talk has been of the stars being used to accommodate him.
