Happy Mail 2012: #4

Two small parcels of Happy Mail are due to go off in the Royal Mail this morning ~ both staying here in the UK.

A few of you have asked questions, such as, “Is there a catch?”  The answer is, “no, there’s no catch”.  Happy Mail 2012 is one of the ways I am giving in 2012.  It’s a project purely aimed at making someone smile.
