DS likes to look at my scrapbook albums.  I like him to look at my scrapbook albums, but under supervision.  This morning, still before 8am, I found him in my office, at my desk, looking through my Yesterday & Today album.  And that’s no light weight album to heave off the bookcase, I can assure you.

And what did he say to me?
“This is my favourite book.”
Cue lump in my throat and tear in my eye.

  1. What a smart little boy, he knows a good thing when he sees it!

I love how he has placed his little hands and is so engrossed in the album – very precious indeed 🙂

  2. Oh, this is so sweet, Ruth. I love when the kids in my life pull albums off a shelf and enjoy them. I usually try to have a few sitting out within arms reach when we have family get-togethers.

This is such a cute photo of your DS too. xo

  3. This is what I call a “forever picture”, one that will tug on your heart 30 years from now as much as it does today. And his statement sums up why we do this 🙂
