Cathy Zielske’s online class, Me: The Abridged Version, began on 16 September and since then I’ve been working away at all 26 pages of journaling. Some pages are complete and have been printed out, some pages still have nothing on them. Cathy hasn’t reached the assembly part of the class yet, but I have. When I’ve had writer’s block I’ve switched to putting pages together … who says that I have to complete all the journaling first? Cathy doesn’t. However, I can’t show those pages just yet, as I need to black out names and places (redacted journaling somehow makes me think of MP’s expenses…). I’ve also completed the album’s opening page, which is a tweaked version of the one suggested by Cathy and you can see that above.
This is lovely! I am loving this class, taking it slowly, journalling when I can and by doing it digitally I feel like I might get it finished before December! Love the photos! 🙂

Wow, it doesn't really sound like you have writers block to me with 26 pages of journalling on the go! I'm looking forward to seeing some more.

Oh, Ruth, I love what you have done with your cover page! This makes me feel terribly behind in Cathy's class! I will most likely not finish this project until after the holidays now. But good for you on your progress!!! xo

Well done Ruth for what you have already done – I am yet to make my cover page and I'm horribly remiss in my lack of journaling …. oh well 🙂

Love it 🙂 I haven't even thought about my opening page yet – or watched the latest video, or downloaded the latest batch of instructions – but I'll blame the internet problems for the last two at least!
