Experimenting With Picasa

I’ve been noticing on more and more blogs the appearance of photo mosaics. How is this done, I wondered? And it turned out my sister had been wondering the same thing, only she followed up on it and discovered the magic that is Picasa. Thanks, Sib! This afternoon, I finally found the time to download Picasa and have a play around. It took me a while, but I’ve never claimed to be a techno-geek, and I got there in the end.

This simple mosaic of just 3 images shows DS tucking into his daily serving of fruit. Luckily for me, he gets through that size box every day. Who cares if he won’t eat vegetables when they look like vegetables? I can get round that with Annabel Karmel’s brilliant Hidden Veg In Tomato Sauce recipe (happy to share it, if required!)

  1. I haven't looked at Picasa, might be something else to look at.
I think it's great your son eats a box of fruit each day – perhaps if I chopped it up and put it in a box mine would too ;o)
