Redder Than Red Cranberry Sauce

No prizes for guessing what I’ve been making this afternoon! I use Nigella Lawson’s recipe, because it is, by far, the easiest to follow: cranberries, caster sugar, water and alcohol, if required. This year I actually received an order for a jar from BF’s MIL, as in, “if there’s any going, we’d like some our way”. There’s nothing like being direct, is there?
